Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in software development to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining web applications and supporting upper management in the overall software development of Spigen’s programs and websites. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality performance of web systems.
Job Duties:
- Manage new development projects, revamping existing website projects as necessary
- Oversee website maintenance to ensure that issues are addressed and features are regularly improved
- Update and develop web content to support company events and initiatives
- Ensure optimal website performance and troubleshoot issues
- Contribute to the design and development of the TQUENS software suite, including web pages, notifications, and Chrome widgets
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing workplace efficiency, such as establishing KPIs, tracking progress, and conducting daily team meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred
- 7+ years of experience in software engineer roles preferred
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking skills, writing and understanding skills
- U.S. work authorization required
