< ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT >
1. Accounting Manager / HR
• Minimum 5 years of experience for garment accounting, financial reporting and accounting cycle
• Must have capability to do HR duties
• College or higher equivalent education degree preferred (Accounting or Financing)
• Maintain A/R and A/P ledgers and Payroll
• Post journal entries for all expenses and other necessary accounts
• Monthly/Yearly closing and reconciliation
• Budgeting and Cashflow management
• Highly Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Must be bilingual (English/Korean) highly preferred
2. Accounting Assistant
• Assist HR/Accounting Dept.
• Layout and ordering stationery and equipment
• Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
• Assist in administrative tasks
• Other duties as directed by the management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• High standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
• Fluent in English / Korean
3. Sales Rep
• 5+ years of sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
(Please list up your account on your resume)
• Attend & travel for out of state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
• Need good relationships with customers and excellent communication skills
• Must be an efficient multi-tasker, organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide feedback to production
• Keen eye for trendy fashion
• Manage sales order details and buyer notes in an organized manner using all tools available
• Must be fluent in English (Korean and Spanish is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
4. Sales Person
• 3+ years of store sales experience preferred
• Must be fluent in English (Korean and Spanish is a Plus)
• Process and follow up with customers’ orders
• Great customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Friendly and positive attitude
General Qualifications:
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US
• Bi-lingual (English & Korean) preferred
