Garment wholesale E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
* Able to multitask Excellent customer service skills order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer orders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Previous experience in customer service management or a similar role in the apparel industry
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8 hour shift
