• Maintain product specifications, revision history, development timelines, sample status, and action items for active SKUs.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s preferred; experience in project coordination, documentation, product development, or compliance.

R&D Associate
• Support the full product development process, including trend research, product concepts, vendor samples, quality reviews, and timelines.
• Research hair & beauty trends and develop creative, market-driven new product ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience; related education/internship preferred, with strong creativity, trend awareness, curiosity, and initiative.
• Salary range: $50,000–$80,000
Administrative Coordinator
• Document S&OP and management meetings, track action items/deadlines, and follow up with department leaders.
• Support cross-functional coordination and assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, travel, meetings, and confidential matters.
• Qualifications: 3+ years of executive assistance, administrative, or project coordination experience; strong organizational and follow-up skill.

• Support social media branding through creative direction, photo/video content creation, influencer sourcing, and performance analysis.
