Job Title: Ocean Export Department: Export
Reports to: Export Dept/Team Manager
Effective Date: TBD Classification: Hourly (for anyone below Assistant Manager position); Salaried (for anyone at or above Assistant Manager position)
Position Summary:
The Export Coordinator will oversee the coordinating and managing the export of ocean/air shipments.
Essential Functions:
· Prepares and processes Export documents.
· Administers appropriate movement of goods and ensures clearance and timely delivery of Export goods.
· Communicates by phone and email with clients, agents, and partners, providing shipment status, solutions, or alternatives.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry is an asset, but not required.
· Must be eligible to work in Canada.
· Must be fluent in both Korean and English.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay range : $45,000/YR - $70,000/YR

Job description
Import Operation (Entry / Experienced)
· Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments.
· Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
· Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies.
· Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations.
· Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently.
Qualifications required:
· Experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry is an asset, but not required.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility.
· Bilingual Language skills a plus (Korean Language is preferred)
· Must be able to legally work in the Unites States
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay range : $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
