Job description
Import Operation (Entry)
• Process and manage import shipments.
• Data input / documentation.
• Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.

Qualifications required:
• Must be able to legally work in the Unites States
• No Experience REQUIRED. We will train you.
• Fluent in English & Korean.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must

Duties/Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot user’s technical users remotely and on-site
Onboard/Offboard users following proper procedures
Manage and maintain IT assets
Document resolutions for issues
Create guides/manuals for IT procedures
Contact vendors for IT-related products
Maintenance, installation, and disposal of all IT-related equipment, including firewalls, VoIP systems, and printers.
Overtime work may be required as needed.
