We are currently seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA.
■ Position Overview
The Facility Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing building and equipment
maintenance to ensure an optimal working environment. This role includes:
• Performing regular maintenance on building equipment
• Supervising engineers, cleaning crews, landscapers and other service providers
• Overseeing vendor and contractor relationships
• Operate a maintenance program to optimize facility efficiency
■ Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 10 years of Facility Management experience required
• Preferably with experience managing Class A+ high-end commercial buildings or corporate
headquarters
■ Key Responsibilities
○ Facility Operations and Maintenance
• Plan, schedule, and execute corrective, preventative, and calibration maintenance to ensure
smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job plans to optimize
efficiency and performance.
• Implement comprehensive deferred and preventative maintenance programs, including
equipment inspections, repairs, and procurement.
○ Vendor and Contractor Management
• Oversee contracts, ensuring regular reviews and competitive bidding as required.
• Verify that invoices align with contract pricing.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for facility services,
maintenance, construction, and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality execution and
timely completion.
• Oversee the spare parts program and manage procurement to ensure cost-effective and
timely approvals.
○ Project and Budget Management
• Manage facility-related projects, including coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets
for both planned and corrective maintenance.
• Review and approve expenses to ensure cost-effective facility operations and budget
compliance.
○ HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) & Emergency Response
• Work closely with HSE to enforce workplace safety, ensure environmental compliance, and
implement energy-saving programs."
• Develop and execute business continuity plans for emergencies such as fires, earthquakes,
power outages, and critical infrastructure failures.
• Lead or assist in emergency response situations, including after-hours and weekend support,
ensuring safety and operational continuity.
■ Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage workload and meet
deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and a strong team player
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and reprioritize tasks as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel skills for financial analysis, including constructing financial tables
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in English required, bilingual in Korean and English preferred

■ Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
