자격 요건
• 기본 수동 공구 및 장비를 안전하게 다룰 수 있는 능력
• 서 있기, 구부리기, 장비 이동 등 신체 활동이 가능한 분
• 규정, 매뉴얼 및 안전 수칙을 철저히 준수하는 태도
• 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력 및 세심한 일처리 능력
• 팀원 및 수퍼바이저와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 능력

• 한국어 가능자 우대

시급 (Hourly Range)
• $18-22 / 시간
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities, equipment, and work areas are maintained in good condition
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Support preventive maintenance activities and keep accurate maintenance records
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with urgent repair needs as required
• Communicate equipment and facility issues with supervisors and team members
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility areas, including workspaces, outdoor areas, and parking lots
• Assist with installation, repair, and improvement projects as needed
•Follow company safety procedures and comply with health and safety regulations
• Skills and Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn equipment maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions, manuals, safety procedures, and company policies
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift/move equipment as needed
• Previous maintenance, manufacturing, or facility experience is a plus
