Beulah is a premium women’s fashion wholesale brand in the LA Fashion District, supplying contemporary boutiques and retailers across the US.
We sell with AI at the center of everything — and we’re hiring a store salesperson who can move faster because of it.
What we’re looking for
1. AI proficiency (TOP PRIORITY) — You must be excellent at using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to draft buyer emails, respond to inquiries, analyze sales, and automate daily workflows. This is our #1 requirement — strongest AI skills get hired first.
2. B2B wholesale selling — Confidently prospect, pitch, and close US contemporary boutique buyers; drive reorders and grow accounts.
3. Multichannel communication — Fast, professional responses across WhatsApp, email, phone, and Instagram DM.
4. Fluent English — Clear written and verbal communication with US buyers.
5. Wholesale platform fluency — Comfortable running FashionGo, Faire, and similar B2B marketplaces.
6. E-commerce & order operations — Manage product listings, orders, and shipment tracking (Shopify a plus).
7. Negotiation & deal-closing — Handle pricing, MOQ, samples, and claims while protecting margin.
8. Data & numbers — Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets to track sales, customers, and reorders.
9. Fashion sense — Understand women’s contemporary apparel and boutique buyer taste (industry experience preferred).
10. Reliable team player — Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and quick to learn new tools and processes.

4. 영어 능통 — 미국 바이어와의 원활한 문서·구두 커뮤니케이션.
5. 홀세일 플랫폼 운영 — FashionGo·Faire 등 B2B 마켓플레이스 운영에 능숙.
6. 이커머스·주문 운영 — 상품 등록, 주문, 배송 추적 관리 (Shopify 경험 우대).
