i 485 인터뷰 이후 RFE 레터를 받았습니다.
레터의 내용은 i 693에서 제가 Polio 백신을 접종하지 않고, 이 부분에 Not Age Appropriate라고 표시했는데 그에 해당 사항이 없기 때문에 추가 서류가 필요하다는 내용이었습니다.
백신은 Tdap - 11/18/24, Influenza - 11/18/24 에 맞았고, 피검사도 동일한 날짜에 진행했습니다.
이런 경우 백신과 피검사를 모두 다시 하여 서류를 새로 작성해야하나요?
아니면 Polio 백신만 추가하여 서류를 작성할 수 있나요?

Submit a completed vaccination record. The Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical
Examination and Vaccination Record, that you submitted is incomplete. We need additional medical information to complete your case. Specifically, the vaccination record section of the Form I-693 wasincomplete. The civil surgeon indicated on your Form I-693 that you have not received the Polio vaccine because it is not age appropriate for your age group. However, according to the updated CDC Vaccination Technical Instructions, the Polio vaccine is age appropriate for your age group. Therefore, you have not received all required vaccines for adjustment of status. You must provide a completed Form I-693 from a designated civil surgeon with a completed vaccination record section.
