 Shipping Manager

1. Merchandising Director – Trend & Fashion-Forward
Department: Merchandising & Product Strategy
Compensation: $125,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years

The Opportunity
This is a highly influential leadership position for someone with exceptional fashion instincts, commercial judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.
You will lead our merchandising and product direction for trend-driven retailers such as Windsor, Fashion Nova, AKIRA, and Lulus, as well as specialty and department-store partners.
The right candidate will do more than identify trends. You will turn market insight into a clear product strategy, align and motivate the design team, and lead meaningful changes that improve sales, margins, and overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities
Establish a clear seasonal merchandising and product strategy.
Identify emerging trends in silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and key items 6–12 months ahead.
Translate runway, social media, nightlife, festival, lifestyle, and consumer trends into commercially viable products.
Lead and guide designers through seasonal development while maintaining clear deadlines and priorities.
Build line plans and assortments tailored to each retailer and customer demographic.
Review product performance and use sales data to guide future development.
Partner with Sales, Design, Sourcing, Production, and Executive Leadership to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Create accountability, structure, and stronger execution across the product development process.

Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, buying, or product development within women’s apparel.
Strong knowledge of wholesale fashion and fast-paced, trend-driven retail.
Proven ability to forecast trends and translate them into commercially successful assortments.
Exceptional fashion sense combined with strong analytical and business judgment.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and bring out the best in a team.
Highly responsible, proactive, organized, and comfortable making decisions.

Preferred
Fashion design or technical product-development background.
Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, costing, sourcing, and overseas vendor capabilities.

2. Fashion Designer
Department: Design
Compensation: $85,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Fashion Designer to lead the concept, development, and execution of trend-right women’s apparel collections.
You will take ideas from initial research and mood boards through fitting and final production, ensuring each product is visually compelling, commercially relevant, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full design lifecycle from trend research through final sample approval.
Develop seasonal concepts, color stories, prints, fabrics, and key silhouettes.
Produce professional flat sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
Conduct fittings and refine fit, specifications, construction, and proportion.
Partner closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, and overseas vendors.
Maintain brand direction while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Mentor and provide clear direction to supporting designers.

Qualifications
7+ years of professional fashion design experience; women’s wholesale apparel experience preferred.
 Degree in Fashion Design required.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, specifications, textiles, and sourcing.
Strong fashion sense with an understanding of commercially successful product.
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.

3. E-Commerce Sales Manager
Department: Digital Commerce & Sales
Compensation: $110,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years

The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online business across FashionGo, FAIRE, company websites, and other digital sales channels.
This is not simply a platform-management or order-processing position. E-commerce is an essential sales channel, and we are looking for someone who actively creates business rather than waiting for orders to arrive.
The ideal candidate combines strong computer and digital-platform skills with a true sales mindset. You will identify opportunities, proactively reach out to customers, improve product visibility, drive conversion, and lead the team toward measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of sales performance across all e-commerce channels.
Build and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, repeat business, and revenue.
Proactively contact existing, inactive, and prospective customers through email, phone, platform tools, and targeted campaigns.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend products based on customer needs, buying history, and market trends.
Build, optimize, and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, imagery, and promotional content.
Monitor sales, customer behavior, product performance, and inventory to identify opportunities quickly.
Develop promotions, digital campaigns, product launches, and customer-retention initiatives.
Manage order processing, backorders, returns, inventory synchronization, and fulfillment coordination.
Lead and hold the e-commerce team accountable for sales, accuracy, customer service, and execution.
Manage the daily social media schedule and coordinate brand content across channels.
Introduce digital tools, automation, and improved workflows that increase productivity and sales.

Qualifications
5+ years of e-commerce, digital sales, marketplace, or online business management experience.
Strong experience with FashionGo, FAIRE, wholesale marketplaces, and brand websites.
• Proven ability to generate sales—not only maintain platforms or process incoming orders.
Advanced computer skills and confidence learning new platforms, software, and digital tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
 Excellent communication and customer-outreach skills.
Strong commercial instinct, initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
Experience leading a team and driving measurable operational or sales improvements.

4. Shipping Manager
Department: Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Compensation: $85,000+ DOE
Experience: 5+ years

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to lead daily warehouse shipping operations, outbound freight logistics, and order distribution.
You will ensure that orders are shipped accurately, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining strict compliance with retailer routing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Direct daily domestic and international inbound and outbound shipping operations.
Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order processing and dispatch.
Review and enforce retailer routing guides to prevent chargebacks and penalties.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and parcel carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Negotiate rates, schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate shipping personnel.
Improve warehouse workflow, productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Accounting on shipping deadlines and inventory availability.

Qualifications
5+ years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse management experience within wholesale apparel.
Strong knowledge of B2B logistics, EDI, routing guides, and retail vendor compliance.
Experience managing parcel, LTL, FTL, domestic, and international shipments.
Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, organization, urgency, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits
 Competitive compensation based on experience
 Health insurance
Paid Time Off and sick leave
 Paid holidays
 401(k) retirement plan
 Daily company-provided lunch

General Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred but not required.
 All positions are on-site.
