Job Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising all activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordination: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure budgets are followed.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work on track.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
• Quality Control: Ensure the project meets all standards and specifications.
• Permits & Compliance: Make sure all necessary permits are obtained and that the project complies with laws and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and workers.
• Client Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Safety Management: Ensure all safety guidelines are followed on-site.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of all project documents, including contracts and change orders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling.
Salary: $60 to $100 per year based on experience

Hourly Rate: $18 - $24 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Administrative Assistant or Accounting Assistant to support daily operations, administrative tasks, and financial processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general administrative duties, including document management, data entry, and correspondence.
