ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fit Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of our apparel meet our high standards and align with our brand identity. This role calls for strong technical precision, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You'll work cross-functionally with design, production, and technical teams throughout the product development cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead live fit sessions, evaluating fit, construction, and overall garment quality
Measure and assess production samples against technical specs, flagging discrepancies
Deliver clear, timely, and actionable written fit comments to overseas vendors
Partner with design, production, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve fit and construction issues
Flag potential production, quality, or design risks early in development
Maintain accurate, organized documentation across the product lifecycle
Manage multiple garments and priorities against tight development and production timelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in apparel technical design or garment fitting preferred
Solid understanding of garment construction, fit standards, and grading
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for vendor-facing feedback
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working against deadlines

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
Input production data and updates into the company ERP system.
Communicate daily with overseas vendors to track production timelines and resolve issues.

Ensure timely follow-up on sample requests, production milestones, and deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS
A strong professional interest in the wholesale fashion sector, particularly in the operational and logistical aspects of garment production.
Comfortable working in Excel and familiar with data reporting tools; experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to maintain high productivity while navigating a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Import Production Coordinator at Edgemine, you will serve as the liaison between overseas vendors and our internal teams (Sales, Design, Shipping). You will be responsible for PO creation, material tracking, shipment scheduling, ERP updates, and ensuring that apparel production meets our quality, cost and delivery goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate regularly with overseas vendors to monitor production status, ETAs, booking/ship windows, and dispatch readiness
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Shipping) to confirm product specs, calendar deadlines, ticketing/labeling needs and delivery targets
Create and maintain accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs)/material lists, and update these in the ERP system
Track fabric/trim/lab-dip/sample progress, ensure approvals (TOPs/pre-production samples) are on schedule
Reconcile ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices), packing lists and invoices with POs; identify variances and escalate when needed
Maintain the production calendar, provide status reports, flag delays or quality risks early
Support ticketing/labeling/UPC assignment and ensure compliance with packaging/shipping requirements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of apparel production coordination or related experience (wholesale apparel strongly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., v-lookups, index-match, pivot tables) and working knowledge of an ERP system
Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and typical apparel production processes
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple timelines and partners
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to build relationships with overseas vendors and internal teams
Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving wholesale fashion environment

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our warehouse receiving and inventory operations. This role is central to maintaining accurate inventory records, managing inbound shipments, and ensuring stock is properly received, logged, and distributed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update inventory records in real time, investigating and resolving discrepancies, shortages, and overages with vendors and internal teams.
Process orders using EDI systems and ensure all transactions are accurately documented, including receiving logs, bills of lading, and related shipping paperwork.
Monitor order status and manage routing guides and vendor compliance requirements for assigned accounts.
Communicate inventory levels and flag reorder needs to the appropriate teams as needed.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure timely put-away, fulfillment, and on-time shipping deadlines.
Review and follow up on daily open shipments and outstanding purchase orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or shipping coordination with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing/EDI platforms.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Familiarity with shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as well as routing guides and shipping portals.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.
Familiarity with apparel industry processes is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design teams. This is a hands-on, production-heavy role that supports every stage of the design and development process — from trend research and sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, but it's what keeps the design calendar on track and the product consistent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics aligned with the Blu Pepper brand direction
Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs
Build and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and production
Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factory
Help prep for campaign photoshoots — steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set
Enter and update style data in ERP and maintain internal style records
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
A strong eye for women's fashion, silhouette, and product development
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, especially in process-based, repetitive tasks
A dependable team player with clear, professional communication
Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus
