ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a resourceful, adaptable Business Operations Coordinator to support our ERP implementation and the technical side of day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems, documenting processes, and helping implement practical solutions that improve business operations, but is also comfortable balancing project work with recurring operational and administrative tasks. This position is fully onsite and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with technical administrative duties like data entry/import/export, ticket triage, report generation and other ad hoc requests
Collaborate across internal teams (accounting, production, operations) to understand workflows and translate them into system processes, including system setup, testing, data validation, and process improvements
Help standardize processes across departments by creating clear documentation for workflows, SOPs, and system processes and consolidating it into an internal knowledge base (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar)
Help perform system testing, data validation and data cleanups
Support integration between systems (ERP, eCommerce, WMS, internal tools)
Key Qualifications
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Strong problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes in a fast-paced environment and can execute independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional agility when working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with 1 to 3 years in a systems or operations-type role.
Capable of quickly grasping how systems connect while effectively gathering and translating operational needs into organized system workflows and clear, structured system documentation.
Familiar with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and documentation or process mapping tools.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in inventory or supply chain workflows at apparel, manufacturing, or product-based businesses.
Experience with SQL, scripting, workflow automation, or system integrations/APIs.
Salary: $47,840 – $54,080/year depending on experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of samples — from coordinating with overseas vendors to ensuring the right samples are in place for trade shows, photo shoots, and market weeks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking to grow within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential to success in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and coordinate photoshoot/dupe samples from overseas vendors, collaborating closely with production and fit teams
Input and maintain sample data in Excel/ERP systems, including barcoding and inventory management
Distribute sample sets and log all sample movement for sales, showrooms, trade shows, and market weeks
Manage sample scheduling around trade shows, photo shoots, and major market weeks
Oversee weekly sample updates including new drops, sold-out items, and TOP sample tracking
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of sample tracking or visual merchandising experience in wholesale women's wear
Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas and data entry
Exceptional attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team
Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-up and collaboration
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
