Import Production Assistant / Coordinator / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the production process from purchase order placement through final delivery
• Coordinate with overseas vendors, factories, and freight forwarders
• Track production schedules and ensure on-time shipments
• Review and maintain production reports, purchase orders, and shipping documents
• Monitor quality control and resolve production-related issues
• Communicate with internal teams including sales, design, and warehouse departments
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience in apparel import production, sourcing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of garment production and supply chain processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred
Compensation
• Entry Level: $19 - $21
• Coordinator position: 65K – 85K
• Manager position: 85K and Up DOE
Ecommerce Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Process daily e-commerce orders across multiple wholesale platforms.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce FashionGo, Faire, and the company website.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, images, and product details across all online platforms.
• Assist and planning and coordinating photoshoots, including model casting, shot lists, and locations.
• Plan, and execute visual content for new collections, social media channels (Instagram, email newsletter), and online promotions.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of e-commerce, customer service experience, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of online wholesale marketplaces and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Capture One) is a plus but not required.
Compensation
$21 - $30 per hour, with higher rates depending on experience (DOE).
