We are located in Koreatown and looking for someone to work with us and be part of providing a better life quality to our clients!
Employment type: full-time
We are looking for a bilingual (Korean/English) person to work at Front Desk
Candidate must be fluent in Korean and English as some of our clients can speak Korean only.
Work hours are 32-40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Professional communication with patients, clinic staff, insurance companies, and doctor’s office through phone, email, and fax
- Orient patients regarding intake paperwork, insurance benefits, and clinic policies
- Front office duties, i.e. answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, checking patient’s eligibility and benefits with health plans.
- Assist the office manager with delegated tasks.
Qualifications:
- Good with details, organization, and time management (able to multitask)
- Long-term, stable employee with a warm personality and dedicated work ethic
- At least 1 year experience in Health Field
Previous medical office experience is required.
