MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. SBA Underwriter (Garden Grove)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports credit lending decisions by analyzing SBA loan request, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of SBA loans
• Ensures all information is accurate and complete. All guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulation are to be followed
• Creates financial spreadsheets and analyze, structure, and underwrite loans
• Develops cash flow from tax returns
• Originates loans from application to closing and work closely with Escrow, Title and all parties involved
• Monitors and report delinquencies
• Performs periodic portfolio maintenance
• Prepares loan compliance reports
• Timely collection of financial updates
• Conducts site visitation
• Manages new and existing clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SBA

3. IT Operations Engineer (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically
• Install software and updating hardware
• Support and maintain bank hardware: PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other enterprise technology.
• Support and maintain bank software: Microsoft Windows and Office, Patching, Fiserv Premier banking software/application, Fiserv Business Analytics, and other banking/financial platforms.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
• Research questions using available information resources
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Following standard IT and helpdesk procedures
• Logging all helpdesk interactions and collaborating with other IT teams to identify and escalate complex issues requiring specialized technical expertise
• Maintain inventory of various technology-related equipment
• Manage the day-to-day operations of computer networks
• Develop training materials and procedures for end users
• Collaborate with other IT Operation teammates ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements.
• 5+ years of Helpdesk support experiences or more (Preferred)
• 2+ years of IT Applications, Fiserv Premier and related application support experience or more (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Fiserv Premier Core, Business Analytics, BPM, and other Fiserv reporting related products and applications.
• Solid understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Windows servers, and networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of PC Imaging and maintaining the Images.
• Some technical understanding of network and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours if required to include evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Results oriented in a deadline driven work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel to Bank’s assigned Data Centers and Branches as necessary.

4. Accounting Officer (Garden Grove)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for preparing & posting journal entries including callback
• Responsible for GL suspense correction daily and follow up on any suspense items
• Review & Prepare daily CD Maturity & Renewal report
• Review Unposted GL, Application Exception report & GL Balancing report
• Performs daily and monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts
• Prepares monthly general ledger journal entries and assists with the closing of month-end
• Perform monthly statement reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries for SBA Loan Sales, SBA Deferred Fee & Cost
• Coordinate interest wire preparation & renew notice to branch for State CDs
• Provide direct accounting assistance to Controller
• Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong PC skills, ability to work with large spreadsheets and analyze data
• Strong communication and customer service skills-can comfortably interact with vendors, customers and employees at all levels of the organization
• Success in multitasking in a fast-paced environment and in task ownership
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
The salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $75,000.
