Wooltari USA is the leading online platform for premium Korean food products, committed to delivering quality and freshness nationwide. We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Manager to join our growing team and oversee daily fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Monitor inventory levels, packing materials, and site supplies to support smooth operations
• Coordinate shipping activities, including carrier pickups and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas offices to support fulfillment needs
• Ensure quality control, including handling of expired or damaged goods
• Support new process improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and cost management
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures
• Track key operational data and assist with reporting and record-keeping via excel/sheets.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to speak/read/write in Korean (English/Spanish is a plus)
• 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment operations management experience
• Strong team leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS), warehouse safety, and temperature-sensitive logistics
• Comfortable with physical work and stepping in during operational surges (e.g., picking/packing)
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS tools, and process documentation
