IMPORT DESIGNER
• Must have at least 3 years import design experience
• Must be able to use ADOBE Illustrator, Photoshop, and Hand Drawing
• Attend all fittings. Measure specs and prepare/organize rack before fitting
• Interface/communicate with production, pattern and sales Dept.
• Develop designs from conception through fit and production sample
• Technical Drawing / Sample Development / -Fit Comment / Tech Packs
E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
• Min. 3 years of experience required.
• E-commerce order processing
• Uploading product listings to the online platform
• Need Knowledge of Fashion Go, LA Showroom, Faire and Shopify
• Need Knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop
• Prepping and assisting with photoshoots
• Assisting in optimizing listings and doing market research
• Communicate and respond to customer’s phone calls/emails
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The role focuses on managing sales with all clients.
Our company specializes in apparel development and production, working closely with clients on product development and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with all clients
• Coordinate with internal teams on development, sampling, and production
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and client requirements
• Support new business development
Requirements:
• Experience in apparel sales or wholesale sales preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
• Detail-oriented and responsible in follow-up work
• Comfortable working directly with company buyers
We are looking for someone proactive, responsible, and able to handle client communication and order coordination smoothly.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
