Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This role focuses on ERP application development, web application development, and software lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
Software Development
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance ERP and web-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance & Testing
• Develop and validate test plans, test cases, and testing schedules.
• Ensure applications are compatible across browsers, devices, and external integrations.
• Maintain high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve team performance and product quality.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
Agile Development
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.

Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills
• Professional experience with C# and .NET development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web development practices.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational database systems.
• Experience using Git for source control and team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and web application architecture.
Professional Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Language Requirements
• Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
