1. Restaurant Construction Project & Facilities Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview
We’re seeking a Restaurant Construction & Facilities Manager to lead all construction and renovation efforts for new openings and upgrades across our 8+ locations. This multi-functional role requires field supervision, vendor management, and internal coordination — and is a key driver of our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Restaurant Construction Projects
• Manage full-cycle construction of new restaurants and cafés — including contractor coordination, scheduling, permitting, and budgeting
• Oversee punch list closeouts and ensure project completion on time and within scope
• Manage equipment procurement and installation (kitchen, café, HVAC, POS, signage, etc.)
• Create standardized opening checklists and store setup systems
• Prepare locations for regulatory inspections and successful grand openings
Facilities & Maintenance
• Respond promptly to facility issues and coordinate resolution without disrupting operations
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and manage vendor relationships
• Track warranties, repair records, and replacement timelines across locations
• Optimize the network of service vendors (plumbing, refrigeration, hood cleaning, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant construction, facilities, or equipment operations
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, facility management, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, and restaurant layouts
• Franchise or multi-unit restaurant setup experience a major plus
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
• Understanding of commercial kitchen and café equipment and MEP systems
• Familiarity with city permitting, inspections, and building code compliance (especially in LA)
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and solutions-focused

2. Senior Human Resource Generalist
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

Position Summary
The HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day human resources functions to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency across the company.
This role combines administrative support, employee relations, and operational HR responsibilities — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, limited benefits administration, and recruitment.
• Manage employee relations, including counseling, conflict resolution, and performance or conduct issues, while ensuring compliance with California and federal labor laws.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee manuals.
• Manage employee relations issues and advise on policy interpretation
• Support performance management and talent development processes, including performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while coaching managers and fostering a culture of feedback.
• Deliver HR-related training for employees and managers, including compliance and harassment prevention programs.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour, meal break, and safety requirements
Qualifications
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Paychex) and HRIS tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English/Korean) a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

3. Store Manager - Korean BBQ
Koreatown, Los Angeles
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our Koreatown location. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience managing high-volume restaurant teams.
Compensation
• $80,000–$90,000 annual salary + incentive
• Compensation review upon completion of probation period
Schedule
• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (includes 3-hour break)
• 5.5 days/week; 1.5 weekdays off
• One week/month follows a 5-day schedule
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations and performance
• Staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• Maintain service and brand standards
• Guest support and complaint resolution
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Reporting and communication with leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing 50+ employee operations (high-volume)
• Korean language proficiency
• KBBQ / Korean cuisine experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
