Customer Relationship Associate

​Job description:

 Looking for a customer relationship associate, company specializing in distribution

We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented candidate who will focus on responsibilities including but not limited to;

-  Providing customer service for diamond tool product sales, pricing and shipment

- Managing timely delivery, resolving any product or delivery issues

- Collaborating with clients and staff to prepare and meet quota

- Bilingual communication : Fluent in English & Korean

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong communication

-Detail-oriented, time management skills

- Prior Sales, customer service experience

- Willingness to learn to learn new industry

Salary  $65,000 ~ $ 70,000
