Shipping Coordinator

About Us
Elevator Disco is a growing women's contemporary fashion company based in Downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Shipping & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Process wholesale orders from shipment through delivery.
Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, carton labels, and shipping paperwork.
Create and process EDI transactions, including ASNs (Advance Ship Notices) and retailer shipping documentation.
Coordinate shipments with retailers, warehouses, and freight carriers.
Ensure orders meet retailer compliance requirements and shipping deadlines.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and samples.
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
Work closely with production, sales, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or wholesale operations.
Experience in the apparel industry is preferred.
Experience with EDI, ASNs, retailer compliance, or wholesale shipping systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
