[ Senior Production Coordinator ]
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in women’s apparel import production, with full ownership of the production lifecycle from development through delivery
- Proven ability to lead vendor management independently, including negotiation of costing, MOQ, lead times, and resolution of production and quality issues
- Strong capability to make critical decisions throughout the production process, balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Demonstrated experience overseeing sampling, pre-production (PP), and TOP stages, with the ability to review, approve, and provide technical feedback
- Advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical specifications
- Ability to identify production risks proactively and implement effective solutions to prevent delays or quality failures
- Experience managing purchase orders, trim allocations, and packing requirements with a high level of accuracy
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, sales, warehouse, and management) to ensure product lifecycle stays on track
- Proven experience in quality control and standards verification, including evaluating swatches, trims, and bulk production
- Ability to manage WIP and production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence vendors, and align internal teams
- Salary : $80,000 ~ Depending on experience/qualification
