• Produce sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Lead and guide junior designers
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized workflow
Requirements
• 7-8+ years of experience in import or womenswear fashion design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in trend forecasting and collection development
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

[ Import Associate Designer ]
Responsibilities
• Assist Senior Designer in developing seasonal collections and account-specific styles
• Support trend research, mood boards, and color direction
• Prepare and update tech packs and CADs
• Assist in fit sessions and record fit comments
• Organize samples, trims, and design files
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to support development process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in womenswear or import design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit process
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

[ Import Production Coordinator ]
Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Track import production timelines with overseas vendors
• Measure specs and review sample and bulk quality
• Conduct fit sessions and document fit comments
• Review tech packs and manage trim/bulk approvals
• Organize samples and maintain production schedules
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in import production or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

[ E-Commerce Assistant ]
Responsibilities
• Manage and update online platforms (Company Website, FashionGo, Faire, etc.)
• Upload products, edit descriptions, pricing, and images
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate product information
• Organize digital files, product assets, and marketing materials
• Assist the Online Marketing Team with daily operational tasks
• Support promotional updates and online campaign preparation
Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Basic understanding of online platforms or e-commerce systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills
