1. SBA Note Manager (Anaheim)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises and performs periodic training in department
• Performs new loan staffs training and periodic training for existing loan staffs
• Develops and revises department’s operational procedure
• Monitors loan doc status report
• Updates loan projection report
• Reviews core system loan bank control
• Reviews and reconciles specification set-up and G/L integration of the Loan system
• Loan assignment for loan document preparation
• Reviews prepared loan documents by note staff and release it to branch
• Approves loan funding and boarding
• Signs off payoff quotation (Demand)
• Supervises collateral monitoring for new loans, renewals and paid off loans
• Supervises insurance tracking for hazard and flood insurance
• Reviews daily loan application and G/L balancing
• Reviews monthly G/L certifications
• Reviews down grade, non-accrual placement and charge-off loans
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Education: Associates Degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent work experience in lending.
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years Lending and Loan Servicing experience.
• Experience in reading and understanding legal documents is a plus.
The salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $130,000.

2. IT Operations Manager (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and lead the IT Operations team, including IT Operations Engineers and IT Operations Specialists, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and professional development.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including helpdesk, end-user support, and service delivery functions.
• Ensure timely response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
• Manage user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning for all bank systems in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Oversee and support Fiserv core banking applications and related platforms, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement updates.
• Support and maintain bank hardware: PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other enterprise technology.
• Support and maintain bank software including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other financial/banking applications.
• Assist Head of IT to monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GLBA, FFIEC, BSA/AML).
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT operations, access controls, processes, procedures, and end-user/support guides.
• Coordinate with the Head of IT and Information Security Officer on audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Conduct and manage quarterly Identity and Access Management (IAM) reviews to ensure proper access controls, segregation of duties, and compliance with audit standards.
• Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring timely setup and termination of system access, equipment, and application rights.
• Lead incident, problems, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact to business operations.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of technology equipment, software licenses, and related assets.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage contracts, escalations, and service delivery related to IT operations and applications.
• Provide technical and procedural training to IT staff and end-users on IT systems, applications, and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates affecting IT operations and application management.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of IT operations or infrastructure experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Banking/financial services industry experience preferred
The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 To $150,000.
