Responsibilities:
• Manage production with overseas vendors/factories (mainly China)
• Create and manage POs
• Handle fit comments, sample tracking, and production follow-up
• Communicate with factories regarding fit, quality, and delivery
• Organize samples and shipments
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of apparel production experience required
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric, and fit
• Ability to manage fit comments independently
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
E-Commerce Sales
Responsibilities:
• Manage online orders, inventory and inquiries (FashionGo, Faire, website, social media)
• Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
• Respond to order-related inquiries
• Support online sales and help drive revenue
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience in fashion/apparel required
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Understanding of fashion trends and online sales
• Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
• Proven experience managing or using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• FashionGo, Faire experience is a plus
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
• Showroom sales and customer service
• Visit customers and attend sales meetings
• Assist with inventory and product updates
• Support sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of fashion/apparel industry experiencerequired
• Strong English communication skills
• Fashion-forward with a passion for clothing and trends
• Familiar with Excel, FashionGo, Faire, Instagram, and other online platforms
• Organized, proactive, and a team player
