We are bringing an exciting new Japanese and Sushi restaurant concept to the heart of Fullerton this Summer! We are building a passionate, hard-working opening team dedicated to exceptional food quality and genuine hospitality. Open Positions:
Sushi Chefs: Experienced in precision knife skills, traditional techniques, specialty rolls, and maintaining a clean sushi bar. Natural hospitality during guest interaction is a plus.
Line Cooks: Responsible for executing hot kitchen items (tempura, appetizers, proteins) with consistency, speed, and safety.
Servers: Dynamic individuals with a talent for providing warm, attentive hospitality. Food and sake knowledge is highly valued.
Hosts / Hostesses: Managing the front door, seating flow, and reservations with a friendly and organized demeanor.
Server Assistants (Bussers/Runners): Fast-paced team players who ensure quick table resets, running food, and keeping the floor pristine.
Requirements & Details:
Weekend availability is a must (Friday through Sunday shifts are required).
Compensation depends directly on the position and your relevant experience.
Reliable, proactive work ethic with an all-hands-on-deck attitude for a new launch.

주방 라인 쿡 (Line Cook): 튀김, 면류, 에피타이저 및 핫 디시 메뉴를 위생 기준에 맞춰 신속하고 일관성 있게 조리해 주실 분.
서버 (Server): 메뉴(스시, 사케 추천)에 대한 높은 이해도를 바탕으로 고객에게 따뜻하고 세심한 서빙 서비스를 제공해 주실 분.
호스트 / 호스테스 (Host / Hostess): 입구 안내, 좌석 배치, 예약 관리 및 테이크아웃 주문 접수를 담당하며 친절하고 매끄럽게 문 앞을 책임져 주실 분.
서버 어시스턴트 / 버서 (Server Assistant): 테이블의 신속한 정리(Reset), 음식 서빙 지원 및 홀의 청결을 완벽하게 유지해 줄 홀의 든든한 지원군.
자격 요건 및 조건 (Requirements & Details):
주말 근무 필수 (금요일, 토요일, 일요일 피크 타임 근무 필수)
급여 조건은 지원하시는 포지션과 관련 경력에 따라 최종 협의 후 책정됩니다.
