Assistant Designer
• Has basic knowledge and skills of using Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to sketch on Illustrator
• Ability to assist main designers
• Has good organization skills
• Has good capabilities to follow instructions and orders
• Understands and has experience in fittings and spec measurements
• Must be able to work full time on-site
• Bilingual preferred (English/Korean)
Pre-Production Coordinator
• Document fittings and arrange fit comments to be sent to vendors
• Review and organize bulks – fabric, trim, etc.
• Order trims, fabrics, etc. to suppliers
• Order required labels, hangtags, care labels, etc to suppliers
• Organize all orders and inform each vendor accordingly
• Track import production lead times and communicate with vendors to keep schedule
• Organize fit, PP, TOP samples and spec all required samples
• Issue PO’s to vendors
• Assist the Production Manager
Designer
• Fashion Design graduate; must have an AA or BA degree
• Minimum experience of +4 years in the fashion industry
• Must be able to use and sketch with Adobe Illustrator professionally
• Must have full knowledge of sewing, garment construction, and specs
• Must have full knowledge of sending import tech packs
• Capable of being a team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly to seasons
• Bilingual in English/Korean preferred
• Ability to communicate with import vendors in English
