Bilingual Front Office & Clinical Assistant (English/Korean)
Grace Pediatrics is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized bilingual (English/Korean) Front Office & Clinical Assistant to join our pediatric practice.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient check-in and vital signs, coordinating referrals and medical records, managing vaccine inventory, preparing forms and documents, and helping maintain a welcoming office environment.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with families daily and serving as one of the first points of contact for our practice. Fluency in both English and Korean is required; the ability to read and write Korean is a plus.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone taking a gap year before medical school, PA school, nursing school, or another healthcare profession.
