* Senior Level Corporate Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll process.
• Prepare financial reports including monthly cash flows, balance sheet, and P&L for review and annual filing, including 1099s.
• Working on monthly accounting reports, providing resolution between operational departments and the accounting team.
• Performs house bank audits at least monthly or more often if required. Investigate and report any discrepancies to management.
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns.

* Appraisal Coordinator
Job Description:
The Appraisal Department is responsible for managing appraisal documents, including but not limited to receiving and uploading. An appraisal coordinator is an essential position in the mortgage industry, as appraisal reports and appraisal-related documents are required for most of the files regardless of the program types. On the surface, it may seem that an appraisal coordinator's responsibility is simply to manage appraisal documents, but at its core, an appraisal coordinator will not only enhance analytical/critical thinking skills through dealing with clients and reports, but also will be able to absorb a broader spectrum of the whole mortgage industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Intakes all residential appraisal requests and places the appraisal orders using the list of approved appraisal vendors.
• Manages vendor lists on a regular basis, including procurement of updated licensing, insurance, and a review of pricing and performance. Recommends replacing appraisal vendors who do not meet requirements and standards, and vets potential new vendors as needed.
• Regularly communicates with mortgage brokers and correspondents on vendor appraisal status and answers any questions regarding residential appraisals.
• Review and pre-screen the appraisal reports.
• Review of appraisals received and requesting updates from appraisers.

Currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Interested candidates must have at least 3 - 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter.
Responsibilities of the Mortgage Loan Underwriter
Will be expected to perform the following job duties:
• Underwrite conventional loans within the company and investors' guidelines.
• Monitor updated guidelines and compliance issues.
• Review and update information on LOS to verify, add, delete, or waive conditions.
• Contact Account Executives and/or Loan Officers with the underwriting decisions or problems.
• Coordinate with Account Coordinators to ensure smooth flow of transactions.

To perform a final review of all loan documents to ensure that all terms of the loan are met and underwriting conditions have been satisfied by the time the loan is committed, thereby ensuring the timely delivery and purchase of the loan.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create a collateral file from the closing document package to ship to the investor and ensure it is added to the correct shipping request warehouse as soon as the loan is committed.
• Daily review your pipeline to see if any conditions have been added or if you have received a suspense purchase approval, and prioritize working on those conditions. Prioritize working on loans whose commitments will expire soon.
• Stack the loan package in the investor's desired order and thoroughly review all documents for any discrepancies. If any discrepancies arise, either fix them yourself or, if you are unable to, email the correct party for the necessary corrections or documents. If everything is documented correctly and no discrepancies arise from your • review, you can submit the loan to the investor if it has been committed.
Review the final ALTA and Closing Disclosure and issue a Post-Consummation Closing Disclosure if necessary.
