Import Designer
Responsibilities
• Research fashion trends and develop seasonal collections.
• Create sketches, tech packs, and colorways using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Communicate with overseas vendors regarding sourcing, sample development, costing, and production.
• Review garment construction, fit, and samples to maintain design quality.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop commercially successful products.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of women's wholesale apparel design experience (Import experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$60,000–$120,000
Based on experience.
Production Manager
Responsibilities
• Manage the production process from purchase order placement through final delivery.
• Coordinate daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure on-time production and shipments.
• Monitor production schedules, WIP (Work in Progress), and delivery timelines.
• Review costing, negotiate pricing, and maintain target margins.
• Resolve production, quality, and shipping issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Work closely with Design, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of seasonal collections.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare status reports for management.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of production management experience in the women's wholesale apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sourcing, production planning, and quality control.
• Experience working with overseas factories, preferably in China and other Asia-based vendors.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production calendars and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with N41 or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
Compensation
Starting Salary: $90K+
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Sales Associate
Responsibilities
• Travel to major trade shows and present seasonal collections to wholesale buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new wholesale accounts and expand market opportunities.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Share customer feedback and market trends with the design team.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of wholesale women's apparel sales experience.
• Young Contemporary experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends during trade shows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• MS Office proficiency (N41 experience is a plus).
Compensation
Starting Salary: $80K+
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, claims, and account inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Build long-term relationships with wholesale customers.
Qualifications
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Wholesale apparel or fashion industry experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (Korean bilingual is a plus).
• Experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of N41, FashionGo, Faire, or Shopify is a plus.
Compensation
$20–$30/hour
