Key Responsibilities:
Accounting, Close & Financial Reporting
Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process and deliver timely, accurate financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Ensure general ledger accuracy and maintain complete supporting schedules.
Maintain and document accounting policies, procedures, and close checklists in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Prepare monthly management reporting packages and explain results through variance and flux analysis.
Manufacturing Accounting
Oversee inventory accounting for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and strong period cut-off.
Own COGS and gross margin accuracy.
Reconcile inventory subledgers and schedules to the general ledger.
Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and variances, including materials, labor, overhead, and purchase price variance.
Partner with Operations to identify and resolve root causes.
Lead cycle counts and physical inventories.
Investigate, document, and approve inventory adjustments and shrinkage.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Insights
Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes using driver-based models.
Analyze volume, mix, pricing, labor, overhead, and capital expenditure assumptions.
Provide actionable financial insights to leadership to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Cash Flow & Working Capital
Build and maintain short-term and mid-term cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
Identify cash flow risks and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and DIO.
Drive initiatives to improve cash conversion.
Support banking and financing reporting and covenant tracking, as applicable.
QuickBooks Ownership & Process Improvement
Own QuickBooks configuration, including chart of accounts, classes, and locations, if applicable.
Ensure accurate, consistent, and auditable financial data.
Implement best practices for internal controls in QuickBooks, including permissions, approvals, and audit trail.
Improve reporting automation and accounting processes.
Support and manage system integrations for inventory, production, procurement, payroll, and shipping.
Ensure clean data flow into the general ledger.
Tax Reporting Support & Audit
Prepare and review tax-related schedules and workpapers.
Coordinate with external tax advisors and CPAs.
Support sales and use tax compliance, reconciliations, and other filings as applicable.
Maintain documentation readiness.
Lead external audits by managing timelines, responding to PBC requests, and providing audit-ready workpapers.
Strengthen internal controls over inventory, purchasing, accounts payable, and monthly closing.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and develop accounting staff, as applicable.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and leadership to ensure aligned assumptions and accurate performance reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6+ years of progressive experience across accounting, close/reporting, and FP&A in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially inventory, COGS, accrual accounting, and period cut-off.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
Experience with inventory, WIP, cycle counts, physical inventory, and gross margin analysis.
Experience supporting tax reporting, including tax schedules, workpapers, and sales and use tax support with external advisors.
Experience leading external audits and producing audit-ready reconciliations and documents.
Bilingual in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-growth or scaling environments.
Experience building accounting processes and internal controls from the ground up.
Experience with inventory system add-ons, ERP integrations, and data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Packaging Support
Package, label, and log all project serial units, also known as production units, accurately and efficiently.
Inspect packaged units to ensure shipping readiness and compliance with company standards.
Maintain packaging inspection records and shipment readiness documentation.
Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
Schedule all outbound and inbound shipments, including project units, ship-out requests, and pick-up requests.
Obtain and compare freight quotes to support cost-effective shipping decisions.
Prepare all required shipping documentation, including shipping invoices, packing lists, shipper’s letters of instruction, and bills of lading.
