We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with strong industry relationships and proven experience working with major retailers, department stores, and established retail chains.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with department stores, major retail chains, and specialty boutiques
• Process and follow up on purchase orders with buyers and retail partners
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Deliver high-level customer service and account support
Qualifications
• 5–8+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales
• Established buyer relationships strongly preferred
• Experience with contemporary women’s apparel, occasion wear, or career fashion preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow our online wholesale and retail channels.
Responsibilities
• Manage e-commerce platforms including FG, Faire, Shopify, and company website
• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, and content
• Upload and manage product images and digital assets
• Process online orders and communicate with buyers regarding order status and updates
• Maintain and update web banners and promotional content (basic design work required)
• Support online customer service and sales inquiries
• Ensure accurate and timely product and inventory updates across platforms
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or related digital operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (and/or similar design tools)
• Experience with Shopify, Faire, FashionGo (FG), or similar platforms preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of web operations or internet-based tools preferred
