Dumina Golf, the official U.S. branch of AutoFlex, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to support and grow our business in the Los Angeles and Orange County market.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the golf industry, has strong sales experience, and can represent the AutoFlex brand professionally through golf shops, fitting studios, demo days, industry events, and social media channels.

Territory: Los Angeles & Orange County

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales accounts within the LA and Orange County territory
Build relationships with golf retailers, fitting studios, instructors, club professionals, and golf facilities
Promote AutoFlex products through product education, fitting support, and sales presentations
Support and participate in demo days, fitting events, and brand activation events
Assist with social media content planning, posting, and basic brand communication with Social marketing manager
Help create golf-related content such as product highlights, demo day updates, fitting stories, and customer success posts
Provide product knowledge and fitting guidance to customers and accounts
Maintain strong communication with the U.S. headquarters sales and operations team
Help expand brand awareness and market presence for AutoFlex in Southern California
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in golf sales or golf industry-related sales
Club fitting certification or proven club fitting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of golf equipment, especially shafts and fitting concepts
Experience with demo days, fitting events, or golf product presentations preferred
Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brand, golf business, retail store, or related industry preferred
Ability to create basic golf-related social media content is a plus
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be based in or able to cover the Los Angeles / Orange County area
