Available Positions

1. Sales & Purchasing Assistant

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Purchasing teams

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers, manage orders, and maintain product information

• Assist with inventory monitoring and daily reports

• Prior experience in produce, food distribution, or wholesale preferred

2. Logistics & Accountant / Office Administrator

• Support logistics operations and dispatch activities ( Coordinate shipment schedules, Track shipments )

• Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and monthly financial reports

• Manage data entry and assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

3. Warehouse Personnel

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse cleanliness

• Forklift experience preferred (not required)

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States

• English proficiency (Korean and/or Chinese bilingual ability preferred)

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
