Ecommerce Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Website maintenance, uploading/removing/revisions. (FashionGo/Faire/Magento)
- Manage inhouse e-commerce photoshoots on a weekly basis
- Coordinating with Sales and Production teams on any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory
- Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed
- Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers
- Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with FashionGo/Magento/N41
-Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion
-Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail
-Basic Photoshop capabilities
-At least 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce
-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with an existing client base
-Process and follow up with PO with buyers.
-Assist in preparation/organization of meetings.
-Attend and travel for out of state meetings/tradeshows (Must be eligible to travel)
-Communicate and respond to customer's phone calls/emails in timely manner
-Communicate with the Production, Sales, and Shipping departments to better serve the customers as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
-Experience with FashionGo/Magento/N41.
-Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion.
-Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in previous wholesales clothing sales role.
- Possesses strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
