Position: Accounting Manager
Job Type: Full Time/Hybrid
Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles
Salary: $75,000/yr + Annual Bonus up to 10%
Benefits: Full Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Visiton, 401K, PTO, etc)
Key Responsibilities
· Manage month-end closing and prepare financial reports (Revenue, Inventory, Cash Flow)
· Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and improve reporting processes
· Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash management, and wire transfers
· Ensure Sales Tax filings and US/Canada tax compliance
· Support financial audits, Worker’s Comp audits, and insurance renewals
· Manage finance agencies and lead meetings
· Prepare financial materials for executive and management meetings
· Handle customs clearance and duty payments
· Propose cost reduction strategies
· Communicate with internal/external vendors/partners
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 5+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred
· Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
· Experience with US tax compliance (Canada experience a plus)
· Bilingual in English and Korean
· Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
