▶ Finance – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America​

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the Inhouse data

• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.

• Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions

• Understand and follow company rules and regulations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting is required for staff position

• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred

• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

▶ Product Development – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product in the market

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute product launch strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollouts.

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, e-commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement

Qualifications

• +1 years of experience in product marketing preferred

• Previous experience in a product marketing role in consumer goods or home appliances industry preferred

• Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy

▶ Human Resources - Manager (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America 

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Aligns HR programs with long-term company goals; evaluates organizational structure and updates job requirements to meet evolving business needs

• Total Rewards Management: Oversees competitive pay structures and benefit programs; conducts market surveys and manages pay budgets to ensure the organization remains an employer of choice

• Employee Relations & Culture: Acts as a primary lead for labor relations; conducts investigations, resolves conflicts, and fosters a high-engagement workplace culture

• Compliance & Risk: Ensures 100% legal compliance with federal and state requirements; maintains meticulous records and represents the organization in legal/regulatory hearings

• Talent Development: Manages the full lifecycle of HR staff – including recruitment, orientation, and continuous profession development

• Data & Systems: Leverages HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and People Analytics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Experience: 7+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity and 4 years focusing on Labor/Employee Relations

• Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP highly preferred

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS; strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

• Soft Skills: Conflict resolution skills, ability to communicate complex policies clearly to diverse audiences

• Proven experience in People Analytics

▶ Technician - Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers 

• Responding promptly and effectively to customer service inquiries

• Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions that cater to customer challenges

• Having full knowledge and staying up to date on all our products and services

• Provide technical assistance to callers 

• Communicating with customers through various channels

• Acknowledging and resolving customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications

▶ Warehouse – Part Leader (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)

• High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawk

• Update and manage product listings

• Provide regular reporting on all sales

• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

• Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner

• Be responsible for individual actions

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Understand and follow company rules and regulations

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• Working experience with online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) preferred

• Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

▶ Sales Planning & Strategy (WEST) – Part Leader (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America

Responsibilities

• Sales planning and forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual aligned with company targets

• Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market conditions to generate accurate forecasts

• Support annual budget planning and rolling forecast processes

• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations

• Support sales incentive and commission plan administration

• Track commission calculations, eligibility, and payout accuracy

• Partner with Sales leadership to support territory, channel, and account planning

• Work with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and demand generation analysis

Qualifications

• Lead, coach, and manage sales managers and/or field sales teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal company systems using Java/JSP and JavaScript

• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases

• Integrate frontend and backend components of web and mobile applications, including connecting user interfaces with backend services via RESTful APIs

• Develop Android and iOS mobile applications

• Manage and monitor AWS servers and services to ensure system reliability

• Create technical documentation including design specifications and functional documents

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards

Qualifications
