Administrator Assistant / Bookkeeping
Key Responsibilities (Included but not Limited to)
• Provide general administrative and support to other divisions if needed
• Maintain organized records and assist with daily office operations
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Support team members with clerical and administrative needs
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• QuickBooks and Accounts Payable
• Proficient in computer use, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office,
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Fluent in English required
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Eligible to work in the USA
Schedule
• Full-Time Position (May Consider Hybrid, once a week, all duties have been met in the future)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
