<Responsibilities> :
- Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
- Collaborate closely with warehouse team and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
- Computer skills, EDI, APN systems Plus, and logistics platforms as needed
- Ensure packaging and labeling meet client specifications and deadlines
<Qualifications> :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the apparel industry
- Bilingual in English and Korean required, Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EDI systems, APN familiarity preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective team player and communicator — able to coordinate with warehouse staff and take initiative
- Leadership potential with ability to grow into a team-leading or managerial role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
<Compensation & Benefits> :
- Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000/year (Based on experience; negotiable at interview)
- Starting hourly rate: $25+
- 3-month probation period. Salary review and potential increase based on performance after probation.
