1. Position: Logistics Manger

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily/weekly inbound & outbound work activities of warehouses.
• Plan and ensure continuous improvement of warehouses.
• Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals. Complies with terms outlined in the site's operating agreement with the client.
• Has overall training and evaluation responsibilities of warehouse staff.
• Reviews pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment, or staffing needs.
• Keeps informed of quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in related area
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
Salary Range: 80,000 ~ 100,000
2. Position: Logistics Operator
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Fontana, CA
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the communication between customers services and vendors.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor the progress of deliveries, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Coordinate the timely dispatch of delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources for successful deliveries.
• Collect and analyze data related to delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules of warehouses
• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
• Perform WMS transactions for good receipt, stock overview, stock put-away, and
material movement
Requirements:
• 0 ~ 3 years experienced
• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred
• Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment
Salary Range: 50,000 ~ 70,000
3. Position: HR Part Leader
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Anaheim, CA
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate a comprehensive onboarding experience to immerse new hires in the company culture and set them up for success.
• Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring roles are accurately defined and aligned with company needs.
• Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, creating a trusted resource for guidance and support.
• Administer and manage employee corrective action processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and best practices to address performance, behavior, or attendance issues effectively and equitably.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness programs.
• Educate employees on benefit options and support them through the enrollment and renewal processes.
• Oversee the workers compensation process, including reporting claims, coordinating with insurance providers, monitoring case progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements to support employee recovery and return-to-work efforts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing record-keeping, reporting, and documentation.
• Keep up to date with employment law changes and update company policies as necessary to remain compliant.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR
• Knowledge of CA HR laws and regulations, including labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Salary Range: 70,000 ~ 90,000
