Responsibilities:
• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
• Work under supervision and direction of warehouse supervisor

Location: Clarksville, TN
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company logistics needs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.
• Analyze warehouse performance and report on metrics.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, or warehouse systems.
Requirements:
• Over 3 years Senior Warehouse Supervisor experience was preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software systems.

3. 3PL Business Development & Logistics Sales Assistant Manager
Job Type: Full time
Location: La Palma, CA (Headquarters)
Responsibilities
• Lead and support 3PL sales cycles-from sourcing, bidding, proposal, to pricing and closing deals.
• Identify and propose cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements for clients.
• Design and implement warehouse (WH) and distribution hub network optimizations for regional and global clients.
• Deliver logistics consultancy and SCM support, including LSP bidding strategies.
• Drive global business development, pitching tailored SCM/3PL solutions to corporate clients.
• Collaborate across teams (operations, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver impactful presentations and negotiate effectively using strong pricing skills.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL-related sales or business development in the U.S.
• Experience in cost-saving proposals and successful bidding
• Strong understanding of SCM, procurement, LSP, WH & network optimization.
• Excellent presentation, networking, and pricing negotiation skills.
