1. Position: Warehouse Manager
#Partial housing assistance

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Clarksville, TN

 

Responsibilities:

• Review daily/weekly work activities, plan and ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and   products in a safe and profitable manner in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals. Complies with terms outlined    in the site's operating agreement with the client.

• Has overall training and evaluation responsibilities of warehouse staff.

• Reviews pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment, or staffing needs.

• Keeps informed of the quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in related area

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Bilingual in Korean is preferred.

 

#Salary Range: $80,000 ~ 100,000

2. Position: Warehouse Operator

#Partial housing assistance for TN

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Clarksville, TN / Cranbury, NJ / Braselton, GA / Slover, CA / Fontana, CA

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations

• Work under supervision and direction of warehouse supervisor

• Perform WMS transactions for good receipt, stock overview, stock put-away, and material movement

• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules

 

Requirements:

• 0 ~ 3 years experienced

• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred

• Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment

• Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction

• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment

 

#Salary Range: $50,000 ~ 70,000

3. Position: National Sales Team Leader (3PL & Fulfillment)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Nationwide (HQ located in La Palma, CA)


Responsibilities

• Grow the company's ocean and air freight business/services in an assigned territory

• Find & develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process into tangible outcomes

• Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability

• Clearly communicated the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversight management of customers' shipments. Ensure proper Coordination with agents and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

• Manage the day-to-day clients' freight movements in collaboration with Operations

• Address all customer issues, concerns, and requests

• Use email/salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities


Requirements

• Logistics/Transportation knowledge with a minimum 5-year global trade industry experience

• Minimum 3-year managing direct reports

• Excellent knowledge of logistics including Ocean as well as Air

• Proven track record in sales, prospecting and developing accounts

• Experience with transportation management systems

• Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written

• Strong sales, organization skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently

• Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation


#Salary Range: $100,000 ~ 150,000 a year based on experience and performance

 

4. Position: National Sales Representative (3PL & Fulfillment)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Nationwide (HQ located in La Palma, CA)


Responsibilities

• Grow the company's ocean and air freight business/services in an assigned territory

5. Position: Freight Forwarding/Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time

Location: La Palma, CA

 

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments.

• Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments.

• Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures.

• Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements.

• Checking and reporting profits and losses and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Administer weekly/monthly freight payment reporting, including accruals.

• Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues.

• Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager.

 

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years Inbound Logistics experience preferred.

• Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

6. Position: Trucking Operations Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time

Location:  La Palma, CA


Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule truck shipments to meet customer and company deadlines

•  Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams for timely pickups and deliveries

•  Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues

• Maintain and manage transportation documentation (BOLs, delivery receipts, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety procedures

• Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, carrier performance)

• Support cost control efforts and assist in freight invoice validation


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trucking or transportation operations

• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Korean proficiency is a plus)

• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Customer service mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of DOT or local transport regulations (if applicable)

• Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
