▶ Finance – Manager / Part Leader / Staff  (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the Inhouse data

• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.

• Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions

• Understand and follow company rules and regulations

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience in Accounting is required for manager position

• 3 + years of experience in Accounting is required for part leader position

• 1+ years of experience in Accounting is required for staff position

• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred

• A CPA Certification holder is preferred

• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite,SAP, QuickBooks)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

▶ Brand Marketing Div. - Product Development – Part Leader / Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product in the market

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute product launch strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollouts.

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, e-commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement

Qualifications

• +1 years of experience in product marketing preferred

• Previous experience in a product marketing role in consumer goods or home appliances industry preferred

• Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy

• Savvy communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages

• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

▶ Warehouse – Part Leader / Staff(Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)

• High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawk

• Update and manage product listings

• Provide regular reporting on all sales

• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

• Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner

• Be responsible for individual actions

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Understand and follow company rules and regulations

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• Working experience with online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) preferred

• Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience in financial management or accounting is required

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and maintain accuracy is required

• Experience with financial management software is required (i.e., NetSuite ERP, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred

• Professional certification, such a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder is preferred

Salary Range: $ 85K – 100K (Manager) 

▶ Finance Division, Accounting Part (AR)–Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America

Responsibilities

• Management in day-to-day administrative and office operation support

• Management in the day-to-day accounting operation.

• Apply for all customer payments

• Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all credit documentation is complete

Check customer references and assist with monitoring customer account credit status  

• High volume collection phone calls and e-mailing

• Work closely with sales reps to help resolve proposed credits

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience 1~2 years in Accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks applications

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent oral and telephone communication skills and team player

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual in Korean and English a plus

Salary Range: $45K - $55K

▶ ITDeveloper - Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and maintain all programs for Cuckoo Rental America

• Identify, implement, and manage software and system updates

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all business processes and communication protocols

• Develop and maintain legacy system

• Ensure security compliance and ensure technology meets current organizational standards and needs

• Conduct checks on network and data security and perform regular system audits

• Providing training on system processes as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 1+ years of relevant software engineering experience

• Proficiency in Java-based frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot)

• Proficiency with SQL database 

• Experience in Android/iOS app development

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks

• Experience in optimizing applications performance and user experience

• Experience in application development and maintenance

• Experience and knowledge in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes)

• Experience working with sales systems (e.g., orders, logistics, payment)

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS EC2)

▶ Financial Planning and Analysis - Part Leader / Staff (Full-time) / Cuckoo Rental America

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide insights into financial performance

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate financial assumptions, and support various financial analysis needs

• Support month-end close processes

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights

• Assist in Ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary Range: $ 65K - 82K (Part Leader) / $ 55K - 65K (Staff)

▶ Administration – Part Leader (Full-time) / Cuckoo Rental America

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), secretarial functions, general affairs, and assistance to the managers.

• Assistance to management in practical matters, and administration.

• Plans,develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.

• Assist with asset management

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word process

• Bilingual in Korean and English a plus 

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: $ 55K – 68K (Part Leader)
