1. Estimator
Duties
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
Use Microsoft Office and Bluebeam to create detailed cost estimates.
Experience
Experience and knowledge in glazing preferred, not required (willing to train).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
2. Production Assistant – Purchasing
Responsibilities
Prepare purchase orders and confirm receipt of materials
Track orders, manage supplier information, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of products.
Skills
Experience and knowledge in glazing preferred, not required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
3. Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver
Duties
Supervise daily warehouse operations.
Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing materials.
Utilize company’s system to track inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
Coordinate dispatching of goods, ensuring timely deliveries to jobsites.
Assist in production planning by forecasting inventory needs based on demand.
Requirements
Knowledge of Arcadia frame systems and door hardware REQUIRED.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Ability to drive delivery trucks and use forklift.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
