Our company is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team and help ensure the seamless operations of our warehouse as we continue to grow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
• Organize and manage workflows to optimize productivity, minimize overtime, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure that the warehouse team is well-trained and equipped to solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze performance, address operational challenges, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Create action plans, set performance goals, and monitor the team’s progress to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Regularly review staffing, space allocations, and equipment layouts to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (preferably SCM+) and familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal communication.
• Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ability to effectively manage inventory and organizational systems.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods, and the capability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Must be Bilingual: English/Korean

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year DOE
