Job Responsibilities
• Logistics Data Management and Analysis
• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and logistics costs
• Outbound and Logistics Schedule Management
• Propose process improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis

2. SCM Coordinator (NJ)
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing & processing sales orders daily as an Assistant Logistics Coordinator
• Communicate with warehouse clerks and sales representatives regarding the sales order process, delivery schedules, order tracking, and documentation
• Process internal inventory transfers between warehouses
• Support the sales department regarding inventory and item-related inquiries
• Follow up on various matters including some Accounts Payable duties
• Maintain and update several inventory-related documents weekly
• Interface with customers/transporters/operations to ensure internal and/or customer satisfaction
• Import Operations/Inventory Management/Local Purchasing Operations
Qualifications and skills
• Preference given to those with 3 years’ experience

3. Marketing Associate (CA)
Job Responsibilities
• Own designs of existing product flyers and presentation deck
• Utilize the Trade Marketing tool to keep product content up to date, new-item setup, and other sales support needs
• Facilitate packaging design in line with brand style guides with HQ design team
• Conduct competitive research and stay up to date with design trends and understand the CPG landscape
• Collaborate with team members to complete creative projects, such as In-house content creation for social media, and other brand communication-related materials
• Develop trade promotion materials and to coordinate trade shows and events
• Assist with effective brand communication projects, including POS, digital, social, etc
• Support the sales team and any product/brand-related tasks
Qualifications and skills
• 1+ years of design experience, ideally with some agency experience and or CPG background
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Design or comparable creative field
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign

4. Sr/ Product Manager (CA)
Job Responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional team on developing product from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories
• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction
• Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership
• Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipeline to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals
• Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution
• Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams
• Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events
• Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, and etc
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential
• Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development
• Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus
• Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people

1.Maintenance Assistant (CA)
Job Responsibilities
• Maintaining and cleaning facilities, equipment, and the environment
• Ensuring office equipment is in good condition by testing and checking for defective components or parts
• Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance issues
• Handling emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services
• Communicating with supervisors on the maintenance status of equipment and facilities
• Attending training sessions about best practices for maintaining and cleaning facilities
• Complying with health and safety regulations and removing waste from facilities
• Managing the routine upkeep of outdoor areas, building exteriors, and parking lots
• Troubleshooting issues with lighting, HVAC systems, and plumbing
• Overseeing construction and repair works
Qualifications and skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a team and desire to help others
