Must be self-starter, well organized, detail-oriented, efficient and accurate.
===== 1. Accounting / Bookkeeping =====
Duties will include:
* AP & AR procedures, Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, Cash Transactions, Cash Flow.
Requirements:
* 3+ yrs experience in relevant field, Experience with proficiency in basic knowledge in accounting, QuickBooks, Excel, Great verbal/written communication skills, Bilingual in English & Korean
Salary Range: $60K - $70K
===== 2. Customer Service / Marketing =====
Duties will include:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Process orders and ensure accurate job specs are communicated to the production team
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote printing services across digital and traditional platforms
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to guide future campaigns
Requirements:
* Marketing/sales experience, Great verbal/written communication skills, Bilingual in English & Korean
Salary Range: $50K - $60K
