주요 업무:
컨테이너 재고 관리 및 실물과 시스템 간 데이터 일치 여부 확인
일일 야드 계획 수립, 컨테이너 입출고 처리 및 야드 유지 관리 업무 수행
트럭 운전자와 직접 협업하며 야드 및 게이트 운영 참여
서류 작성 및 정리 업무를 정확하고 기한 내에 완료
컨테이너 보안 및 게이트 운영 절차를 회사의 안전 정책에 따라 준수
표준운영절차(SOP)를 따르며 운영상 문제 해결
아웃바운드 업무 지원 및 프로세스 개선, 혁신 과제 참여
운송사와의 적극적인 커뮤니케이션을 통해 지연 및 문제 해결
내부 팀(운송사 관리, 운송, 정산 등)과 협력하여 운영 목표 달성
도난 관련 초기 보고 및 후속 지원 수행
내부 안전 및 규정 기준에 따른 시설 점검 실시
보고서, KPI, 관리 대시보드 등에 활용될 정확한 데이터 제출
자격 요건:
고등학교 졸업 필수, 대졸 이상 우대
물류, 야드 운영, 또는 창고 운영 분야에서 2년 이상의 경력 우대
최대 50파운드(약 23kg)까지 들 수 있어야 하며, 하루 최대 2마일까지 서기, 쭈그리기, 걷기 등의 활동 가능해야 함
야외 근무 가능하며, 트레일러 승하차에 익숙해야 함
멀티태스킹 능력 및 세밀한 주의력, 체계적인 업무 처리 능력
문서 작성 및 편집이 가능한 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력
Microsoft Office (특히 Excel, Word, Outlook) 능숙
스페인어 필수
Otay, CA 지역에서 완전 현장 근무 가능해야 함

Container Yard Mgmt. Staff
Position Information
Contract Period: 1 yr.
Bill rate: ~$22/hr.~
Working Location: San Diego, CA
Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST (subject to changed)
Responsibilities:
Manage container inventory and perform reconciliation between physical and system records.
Execute daily yard planning, container entry and exit processing, and general yard maintenance tasks.
Work directly with truckers and engage actively in yard and gate operations.
Complete and organize documentation, filing paperwork accurately and on time.
Ensure container security and gate procedures are followed in compliance with company safety policies.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve operational discrepancies.
Support outbound operations with process improvements and ad hoc innovation initiatives.
Communicate proactively with carriers to resolve operational delays or service issues.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Carrier Management, Transportation, and Settlement to meet operational targets.
Conduct preliminary theft reporting and provide follow-up support as needed.
Perform facility compliance checks aligned with internal safety and regulatory standards.
Submit accurate data for use in reporting, KPIs, and management dashboards.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma required, or higher degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in logistics, yard management, or warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, crouching, and walking up to 2 miles daily.
Comfortable working outdoors in the yard and climbing on and off trailers.
Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and organization.
Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bilingual in Spanish required
Ability to work fully on site (Otay, CA)
Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
