1. E-Commerce Operator 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify channels

• Ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, optimized for cost-efficient SEO, and consistently updated to maintain competitiveness

• Monitor and forecast inventory levels in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure stock availability 

• Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales growth and maximize profitability

• Analyze sales and advertising data, while identifying market trends to uncover growth opportunities within the Grocery & Gourmet food category, as well as the broader Asian food market

• Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance online sales, including leveraging external marketing and social media campaigns

• Collaborate with the dedicated Amazon SAS Core manager to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless platform performance

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally Seller Central

• Self-motivated, self-directed, and result driven

• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines

• Proficient skills in MS Office

2. Food Quality & Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Daily review and approval of production and quality documentation to ensure all data submitted is complete and accurate

• Ensure audit readiness for all Internal Quality Audits and all other 3rd Party audits such as Organic, FDA, etc, and respond to findings with Preventive and Corrective Actions

• Lead the execution of cultural changes and activities needed to support Continuous Improvement and QA&FS Initiatives

• Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company

• Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle

• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes

• Regulatory Tasks for Domestic & Imported Products

• New Product Development Support, including label review

• Managing FSVP documentation work for imported products

• Reviewing COAs for products

• Schedule and coordinate preparations for product inspections and testing

• Assist in Quality Assurance projects for production auditing

• Work to resolve noncompliance issues with materials or final products

• Ensuring and maintaining the calibration of all equipment and instruments

• Preparing and periodically reviewing all QC SOPs

• Ensure safe work practices for the Quality Control Laboratory

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field

• Knowledge of FDA/USDA food regulations and documentation requirements.

3. SCM Coordinator (CA)

 Job Responsibilities

• Logistics Data Management and Analysis

• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and logistics costs

• Outbound and Logistics Schedule Management

• Propose process improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis

• Collaborating with Partners and Team

• Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of refrigerated products

• Monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations

• Prepare and report logistics status to management

• Participate in logistics process improvement projects to reduce costs

• Strengthening SCM competitiveness by staying informed about industry trends and logistics technologies

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 2 years or experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Planning or similar function

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Fluency in both English and Korean is required

4. SCM Coordinator (NJ)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing & processing sales orders daily as an Assistant Logistics Coordinator

• Communicate with warehouse clerks and sales representatives regarding the sales order process, delivery schedules, order tracking, and documentation

• Process internal inventory transfers between warehouses

• Support the sales department regarding inventory and item-related inquiries

• Follow up on various matters including some Accounts Payable duties

• Maintain and update several inventory-related documents weekly

• Interface with customers/transporters/operations to ensure internal and/or customer satisfaction

• Import Operations/Inventory Management/Local Purchasing Operations

 

Qualifications and skills

• Preference given to those with 3 years’ experience

• Reliable, strong follow-through and self-starter

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Experience with ERP a plus

Salary Range

5. Entry Level Accountant (NJ)

Job Responsibilities

• Post, Verifies, & Records customer payments & transactions related to AR

• Prepare customer statements and collection

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports and verify accuracy

• Bank and Credit card reconciliation

• Assist on month-end and year-end closing and auditing

• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed

• Perform filing, scanning, and copying

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

 

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Entry~ 2 years of accounting experience

• Speaking and writing proficiency in English and Korean

• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, SAP, Microsoft Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of GAAP

6. Sr/ Product Manager (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional team on developing products from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories

• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction

• Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership

• Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipelines to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals

• Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution

• Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams

• Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events

• Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, etc

 

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field

• 2+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential

• Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development

• Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills

• Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus

• Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people

• Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required
