LUCKY GROWERS ACCOUNTS MANAGER (SALES POSITION)
Job Description
Lucky Growers Inc is a San Diego based family owned and operated farm specializing in fresh Korean produce since 2006. Today, we serve nearly all Korean retail markets in the US through retail partners and distributors.
We are seeking an Accounts Manager to manage our customers as well as win new business to grow the company and maintain our lead as the premier choice for Korean produce in the US.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for sales/orders related matters
• Build and enhance client relationships.
Maintain accurate client records, including sales contracts.
Provide regular (weekly to bi-weekly) market updates regarding trends, commodity pricing fluctuations, supply and demand.
• Perform Other Duties as required
Qualifications
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Korean vegetable—most of what we grow are niche, so much of the training will be provided re: growing season, availability, etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Korean and English or Spanish.
• Must be proficient in using spreadsheets and other productivity software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with difficult people.
• Should maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience plus commission.
