PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE / ASSISTANT
Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Be involved in different stages of our import production process
Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Support our private label and licensed brands
Communicate with factories, vendors, and internal teams
Track samples, production schedules, and orders
Help keep our production process organized and running smoothly
Communicate with teammates in both Korean and English

1+ year of production experience preferred
Organized and detail-oriented

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Manage e-commerce and in-house customer orders
Respond to customer questions by email and phone
Resolve order, shipping, and product-related issues
Build strong relationships with customers
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and internal teams
Provide friendly and professional customer service
