SALES & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities• Customer service
• Upload and maintain online product information
• Prepare shipping labels and documents
• Assist with wholesale account follow-ups and order processing
• Support general sales and daily operations
RequirementsExperience is not required – training will be provided
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva & Outlook preferred
• Comfortable with computers and learning new programs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary & Hours• Starting at $40,000/year, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 3-month probation/training period
