We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking **Dishwasher / Steward** to join our culinary team. This is an essential role in a busy, multi-outlet kitchen where cleanliness, organization, and teamwork directly impact every service.

### What You’ll Do
* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
* Keep clean equipment moving back to the kitchen and service teams throughout the shift
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area
* Support the kitchen during high-volume breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, and event service
* Sweep and mop floors and help maintain clean kitchen and back-of-house areas
* Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard throughout the shift
* Organize and properly store clean kitchen equipment and supplies
* Assist with basic kitchen prep and other culinary tasks when needed
* Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
* Communicate equipment or maintenance issues to culinary leadership
* Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

* Ability to stay organized during busy, high-volume services
* Previous restaurant, hotel, resort, or club experience is a plus, but **we’re willing to train the right person**

* Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
